The dbscript Login Screen
On the page dbscript.com, click on Login in the upper right of the screen. Type your email address as your username and then type your password to access all of the features of Practitioner Approved Ordering.
Viewing and sending practitioner messages
When your practitioner sends you a secure message through the Practitioner Approved Ordering portal, you will receive an email or text notice that includes the dbscript.com link.To keep the message secure, you must log in, and can do so by clicking on the link, then entering your email username and password to enter the dbscript system.
Login with your previously created dbscript.com account username and password. After logging in, click on the Messages link at the top middle of the screen.
This presents a list of all of your messages FROM your practitioner, with the tab Inbox selected above the messages.
Click on the word View in the far right column of the message you want to read, or click on the subject of the message.
This opens the message so that you can read it and, if you like, respond securely back to your practitioner by clicking the blue button Add Reply.
If you, in fact, click the Add Reply button and type a message back to your practitioner, press Send
and your reply will go to the practitioner’s dbscript messages. The practitioner receives an email or text message with notification that they have a dbscript message from you, their patient.
To send a new message to your practitioner, click on the Send a Message link
on the left side of the screen. Then enter a subject and the text of your message on the screen that appears.
You will find the Send a Message button always in the same position on the screen, whenever you are viewing the User Panel – Recommendation & Messages. This is true whether you are viewing Recommendations or viewing Messages on this screen.
To view messages you have sent to your practitioner, click the Sent tab above the messages.
Viewing sent messages is accomplished by clicking the View button for the desired message.
If there are Inbox messages or Sent messages that you no longer need to keep active, you can archive the messages by clicking the checkbox in the first column of one or multiple messages. Then click on the Bulk Actions button to choose Move to Archive. Click on the Apply button and the selected messages are removed from your active Inbox and Sent messages. They can be found by clicking on the Archived tab above the lists of messages.
"Whitelisting"--avoid dbscript messages going to SPAM
As a patient registered to order products from desbio.com, you are encouraged to “whitelist” emails from desbio.com. To do this, you will add [email protected] and [email protected] to your list of contacts in your email account. While the steps or menu items vary among email services, typically you will look for an icon or menu item for adding a new contact or new destination email address to the address list for your email provider. This screen shows an example:
Enter [email protected] as the contact email address to your list of contacts. You may be required to enter a first and last name as well.
After saving that contact, enter [email protected] as a contact and save the contact.
Receiving and viewing a product recommendation from your practitioner
When your practitioner creates a recommendation of DesBio products for you, the dbscript system sends you a secure message. Depending on your notifications preference, you will receive an email or text notice that includes the dbscript.com link.
To view your actual recommendation (formerly called a prescription,) you must log in, and can do so by clicking on the link, then entering your email username and password to enter the dbscript system.
After logging in, click on the My Recommendations link at the top of the screen and select View Recommendation.
This presents a list of all of your Recommendations and the products for each recommendation are clearly shown.
Click on the View button for the recommendation of interest
and you can then click on the Add to Cart button to place your order for these products. Pay particular attention to any Recommendation Note from your practitioner.
Notice the instruction to contact your healthcare practitioner with any questions. Clicking on the “Contact Your Practitioner link brings up your Create a message page,
ready for you to add a subject and a message body. Pressing the Send button sends your message to your practitioner.
Placing an order for recommended DesBio products
Depending on your notifications preference, you will receive an email or text notice that you have a new recommendation. This notice includes the dbscript.com link to access your dbscript account.
To order your recommended products, you will view your recommendation (previously called a prescription,) review notes from your practitioner about your recommendation, add the recommended products to your shopping cart, view your cart with your shipping options, Proceed to Checkout where you will select your Payment Method and then complete your order. At that point you will be provided a notice that your order is successful and you will also receive a message via email or text (or both) thanking you for your order.
You will first want to view your recommendation. To do so, log in by clicking on the link in the notice.
Enter your email username and your password to enter the dbscript system.
Click on the My Recommendations link in the top middle area of the screen. This presents a list of all of your Recommendations. Click on the View button for the recommendation of interest. You will see details about product quantities and price. Pay particular attention to the recommendation note from your practitioner and notice the instruction to contact your healthcare practitioner with any questions. (Clicking on the “Contact Your Practitioner link brings up your Create a message page, ready for you to add a subject and a message body. Pressing the Send button sends your message to your practitioner. You can then click on the Add to Cart button to prepare to place your order for these products.
If you have other recommended products you can view those and add them to your cart.
If your practitioner has authorized you to purchase other products from DesBio, you can browse these from the Products menu at the top of the dbscript pages. Adding other products to your cart is explained in another section of Documentation.
When you are ready to view your shopping cart items, click on the cart icon at the top right corner of the page. On the cart page, you can review your items, select a shipping option, add or select a payment method and click on Proceed to Checkout.

Shopping for products that have not been specifically recommended for you by your practitioner
If your practitioner allows you unrestricted access to products in the dbscript (Practitioner Approved Ordering) system, then you will be able to view and select for purchase the many products for health and well-being available.
After logging in to your dbscript account, there are two paths you can take to view the available products.
Path 1: click on the Product menu near the top right corner of the screen. You will immediately see a set of product categories and you can then click on a category that is of interest.
When you have clicked on a category, you will be presented with the first 9 or 10 of the products in that category. If more than one page-full of products pertain to this product category, you can view more of the matching products by clicking on the 2, 3, 4buttons just below the products that are shown.
Path 2: Alternatively, you can click on the magnifying glass icon,also referred to as a search icon, that is below the cart icon, in the upper middle area of the screen. Having clicked this, you can now type in a word or part of a word to search for a product that has that word in its name or description.
This will present you with a number of products that match your search. If more than one page-full of products match your search request, you can view more of the matching products by clicking on the 1,2,3,4buttons just below the products that are shown.
At this point, whether you followed Path 1 or Path 2 to view products, the following steps will apply:
When, in the course of your browsing through the products, you find a product of interest—click on it! The screen for that product will appear, showing you a large photograph of the product and its price. Below the price is a note in green that the product is “In stock” or in red that it is “Out of stock.” Next is a notice that there is a 5% savings available if you “subscribe” to this product with an automatic re-order every month or every 2 months. If you click on a subscription level, the Add to Cart button changes to Sign up now.
You can change the quantity you want to order from the default of “1” to your desired quantity and the Add to cart/Sign up now button is next to the quantity for placing this item at the quantity you set into your shopping cart.
Before you leave this page however, you may find other resources of information here to be helpful.
Notice below the Add to cart or Sign up now button (remember, the button changes if you are subscribing, but either way the button adds the quantity to your cart) that the categories for this product are listed. For the Vitalyze product in this example, the categories are Emotional, Endocrine, Hormones and Mental. When your review of this product page is complete, you might find other products in these listed categories to be of benefit.
Below the photograph of the product, 4 tabs are presented for Description, Additional Information, Ingredients, and Education.
The Description tab provides a brief introduction/overview as to why this product is beneficial
Additional information will present specifications regarding the product
Ingredients is a list of the ingredients—also found on the product package
Education allows you to view and download any information sheets for this product, such as this example:
You can review products throughout the DesBio catalog in the above manner, downloading any product information that is of interest. For the products you desire, set the quantity and the subscription level (1 month or 2 months) if auto re-order is desired. Then click the Add to cart/Sign up now button to move the product into your shopping cart.
Below the 4 tabs, other DesBio products are shown that you may find of benefit, based on your interest in looking at the current product.

Your Shopping Cart and placing your order
After you have added items to your cart and you are ready to place your order, click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the dbscript screen.
You are now presented with the items you have placed in your cart and below them you will see a Proceed to Checkout button.
Review the items in your cart to confirm that you want to order all of them. For any products you do not want to order now, you can click on the words Save for Later for the item. Items can be removed permanently from the cart by clicking on the red “X” next to the item on its left.
Below your active cart items you will see Your Saved Cart items that previously had been Saved for Later. There may be items here that you want to add to your current order. Click on the Move to Cart button for each one of the saved items that you want to include in your current order. The item will be removed from Saved items and added to the current order. If you want all of the items in Your Saved Cart moved into your cart for your current order, click on the Move All to Cart button.
If there are items in Your Saved Cart that you no longer want to save, you can remove products from Your Saved Cart by clicking on the red X next to the item.
Select the option for shipping that you want: Ground, third business day, or second business day. Ground shipping is charged at a flat $9.95 per order. If the total of your order without tax is over $150, ground shipping is included at no charge.
Notice that the details regarding shipping and pricing, for items you set up as Subscription items, are presented separately from the items that you are ordering just during this one cart session. The Cart Totals is explaining the total for today’s order and then the total for future automatic re-orders of the subscribed items. An order of subscribed items under $150 in value will have a reduced shipping charge of $3.00.
Click on the Proceed to Checkout button when you are ready to pay for your order.
On this page, you review the shipping address to confirm that it is correct. Click Change Address to correct the address or add a new secondary address for shipping. For more information about adding an address, please see the Documentation topic “Creating or adding a shipping address.”
Your default payment method is shown. You can change to a different payment method by clicking on the Change payment method box.
The Payment methods screen will appear.

When you are ready to submit your order, click on the Place order button.
Your order is successful. You will receive an email or text message confirming that your order has been received.
When your order has been packed and shipped by DesBio, you will receive another email or text to notify you and to provide the tracking information for your order.
When a product is not in stock
Sometimes, in the course of your browsing through DesBio products, you will click on a product of interest to order it and see the words “Out of stock” in red letters below the price.
You are encouraged to click the blue Notify Me button so that you will receive an email or text message when the product is in stock and ready to ship. Products arrive daily at the DesBio distribution center and an out-of-stock status for a product is resolved on a high-priority basis so that the health needs of the patients of our practitioner customers are met promptly.
Subscribing--creating an automatic reorder--for a product
All DesBio products, except Series Kits, can be scheduled for an automatic re-order cycle of either once per month or once every two months.
Scheduling an automatic re-order is referred to as “subscribing” to the product
If the option to subscribe to the product is available, you will see the words “subscribe and save” presented prominently on the webpage for the product. Subscribing saves you 5% every time the product is shipped to you.
For the desired product, click on the monthly or every 2 months option. You will notice that the Add to cart button changes to the words Sign up now. You can change the order quantity from the default 1 to another number of your choice—if you desire. Click on Sign up now and the quantity of the product will be added to your shopping cart. You’ll receive pricing at a 5% discount level and a new shipment will arrive every month or every two months—according to your selected timeframe.
Creating or adding a Payment Method
To add a payment method to your account for use in checking out when you place your dbscript orders, click on the Account Details button at the top right corner of the dbscript screen.
On the left-hand side of the Account Details screen is a list of options shown in blue text. Click on Payment Methods and then click on the Add payment method button.
Currently, only credit or debit cards can be used as payment methods.
Enter your credit or debit card card number, expiration date and CVV number. Then, press the Add Payment Method button to save the information. You’ll be presented with a message that adding a payment method has been successful.
If you would like to add another debit or credit card as an additional payment method, you can click on Payment methods to start the process again.
Creating or adding a new shipping address
To add a shipping address to your account for use in checking out when you place your dbscript orders, click on the Account Details tab at the top right corner of the dbscript screen.
On the left-hand side of the Account Details screen is a list of options shown in blue text. Click on Address Book and then click on the Add New Shipping Address button at the bottom of the screen.
Give this new address a nickname so the address is easily identifiable when you want to use it for the destination of your DesBio shipment. Examples of address nicknames are “Office address,” “Winter Home,” etc.
Fill in the address information. All fields with a red asterisk are required. When your information is complete, click on the Save Address button at the bottom of the screen and you are presented with a message that your additional address has been successfully added.
If you would like to add another address, you can click on the Add New Shipping Address button again to start the process again.
Managing your dbscript account in Account Details
This documentation section is referring to Account Details found as a selection from menu choices on the left side of the Account Details screen that appears, after clicking on the Account Details tab in the top right of the dbscript screen.
When you click on the Account Details menu choice, you can change the spelling of your name, your phone number and your choice of receiving dbscript messages by email, text, or both. You can also connect your dbscript account to your facebook or google social media profile.
To make any of these changes: after signing into Practitioner Approved Ordering, click on the Account Details tab at the top right of the screen. Select Account Details on the left side of the screen. On the Account Details screen you can change the presented information for your first name, last name, display name and phone (SMS notification) number. You can change your Notification Option to Email, Text (SMS) or Both.
Your email address is presented on this page but you are not able to change it. Your email address identifies your account to DesBio. If you must change your email address, please contact [email protected] and include your phone number in your email message, explaining the reason for needing your email address changed. You will be contacted by phone or email.
To connect your dbscript account to either yourFacebook or Google accounts, click on the Blue words Connect one now and follow the instructions.
Click on the Blue Save changes button to save the above changes that you have made.
To change your password, add a payment method or a new address where you want to receive your shipments of DesBio products, please view these separate topics in the documentation list.
Changing your dbscript account Password in Account Details
After signing into Practitioner Approved Ordering, click on the Account Details tab at the top right of the screen. Select Change Password on the left side of the Account Details screen that appears.
On the Change Password screen, to change your password, you must first enter your existing password into the Current password field. Next enter your new password in the New password field and then re-enter your new password in the Confirm new password box to ensure that you have entered the new password you planned to enter. For any of these three password fields, you can click on the “eye” icon on the right to have the computer show you in text what you have typed in this field.
To connect your dbscript account to either yourFacebook or Google accounts,
under the words “Social Media Accounts” click on the blue words Connect One Now to connect either your Google or FaceBook accounts to your dbscript login.
The Account Details screen--Viewing past orders, your subscriptions and product sheet downloads
You can review recent DesBio orders and managed your product subscriptions from the Account Details screen of Practitioner Approved Ordering.
After logging in to dbscript with your username and password, click on the My Account menu in the upper right of the screen and select the Account Details option.
You are presented with a list of items in blue on the left side of the screen.
Click on Dashboard and you will see your name for your account and links that can be clicked for recent orders, managing shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details. These links are also listed in the menu on the left.
When you click on the Orders menu item on the left, you will see a list of your recent orders. Here, you can click on an order to see what was included in the order. Click on either the blue order number in the first column or the View button in the last column for the order you are interested in. You now see the details of the order with its shipping and delivery status. You can click on the Order again button to move the same items in this past order into your cart.
Clicking on Subscriptions in the left-hand menu presents a list of subscribed products that you have ordered previously which are scheduled for monthly or bi-monthly re-order. Each item in the list can be a subscription to one product or to a group of products subscribed together. Click on the subscription number in the first column or the view button in the last column for a subscription in this list and you can change the delivery address, or cancel the subscription. If you have placed orders for the subscribed items, you can scroll down
and see the related orders information for the subscription. To see the details of a related order, click the View button on this screen.
The next blue item in the left-hand menu is Downloads. When you click here, a list of all product sheets you have previously downloaded is shown. You can click on any one of the items to download it again or print it from your computer. If you click on the Browse products button, you can search for a new product to download any product sheet available for that item. You will then have documented in Downloads the sheet for that product.
Product sheets are found by clicking on the Education tab below each product.
“Social Login Accounts” under My Account
To link a social media account to your dbscript login, sign in to your dbscript account and click Account Details in the top right of the screen. Then click on Change Password in the menu selections on the left side of the Account Details screen.
Social accounts that you have with Facebook and/or Google can be linked to your dbscript account, if you don’t want to remember another username and password.
Click on the blue words Connect One Now below Social Login Accounts. Then click on either the Link your account to Facebook button or the Link your account to Google button. This will provide you a screen where you can enter your username and password for that service. Then, when you are presented with the dbscript login screen,
you can just click on the button to login to dbscript.
Changing your account email address
Resetting your dbscript password
If you are not successful signing in to dbscript with your Password you can request a password reset.
First however, check to see if the “caps lock” key is pressed on your keyboard. Your password characters are case-sensitive and you may not have created your password all in caps.
Alternatively, perhaps your password was inadvertently created in all CAPITAL LETTERS with the caps lock key active when you first created your account. If caps lock is not currently active when you try to log in, press it and try your password again.
If you are still not successful or you just want create a new password for your dbscript account, click on the Lost Your Password? link below the Login button on the dbscript.com screen and follow the instructions to enter your email address, then click on Get a new password to have a new link sent to your email address to create a new password and login.
If you do not receive the new password instructions email, check your SPAM or Junk Mail folder. If you still do not find the email, it is possible that your dbscript account was created using a different or misspelled email address.
